South University — Savannah meets the criteria for an exemption from the Georgia
Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission’s (NPEC) regulations as outlined in
O.C.G.A. § 20-3-250.3(a)(15).
South University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association
of Colleges and Schools to award associate, baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate
